Second job tax when to pay

Hi, I worked on a second job from Sept- April last year, invoiced and was paid in May. Do I declare that for the 22-23 tax year or for 23-24? Is it by when you worked or when you were paid? Thanks

It would be when paid as in May 2023 will be for 2023/24.
