Hi all, I invested in an SEIS qualifying company (have received all necessary forms and successfully claimed the income tax rebate.) I'm not an employee of the company; however I have been providing some services without payment and now have offered additional share options in the company for this work. If I accept these options am I nullifying my SEIS tax relief benefits? Thank you.
