Hey Team, I moved to UK in the tax year of 2022-2023 on a skilled worker visa. I am filling in my first self assessment here on remittance basis. I deposited some of my India income in a forex account available in pounds to initially pay for myself before my first salary was credited. I have already paid taxes on this income in India. Do I need to declare this as remitted income and am I liable to pay tax on this in UK? Thanks
