I need to get a UTR number but have forgot my Gateway ID and password what is the link to recover these please.

Alternatively You can also find your Unique Taxpayer Reference on:  

• Previous tax returns 
• Emails from HMRC 
• Other documents HMRC has sent you.

I registered for my UTR number 23rd September. My apprenticeship ended last week and I spoke to someone at HMRC who said it was being processed and it would be with me by Tuesday. Still no sign of it so I called today and was told they have no record of my application and that I have to start again. UTR is now expected by the end of November which means I am now out of a job as my employer won't keep me on as an apprentice until the end of November. Can you advise how I can raise a complaint about this?

Hi , applied UTR via online over 2.5 months but still not received yet. Also tried to contact online HMRC adviser several times, but disappointed that also couldn't get through. What and How can do ?
