How long until the tax is added to my business account?

I recently became self-employed and I am trying to register that for the first time and add the tax to my business account. I filled it all in and have the reference number from the registration complete page but it's still not added to my business tax account. How long does it usually take for it to show up? or do I need to fill it all in again?
