Not receiving SMS codes sent from Gov Gateway "60 551" number. receiving sms from all others !!

Not receiving SMS codes sent from Gov Gateway "60 551" number. receiving sms from all others !! this number is not blocked and phone provider confirmed nothings wrong at their end. not sure why stopped receiving codes from feb end, and also there is a space in the number "60 551", that gov gateway says it sent message from !!. Tied up with calling hmrc and be in queue for hours. no luck.
