CWF1 form postal address

I would like clarification on the address to which to send the CWF1 form. The address at the end of the form is: HM Revenue & Customs National Insurance Contributions & Employer Office Self-employment and Self Assessment Registrations Benton Park View NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE98 1ZZ But the HMRC website provides this address to send the form to: Self Assessment 
HM Revenue and Customs 
BX9 1AN 
United Kingdom Which adress is the correct one to send this form to?

The address in Newcastle will be the correct address for the CWF1.
