Hello, I am a dual UK/Germany resident who works in both the UK and Germany, and am currently being paid in Euros and taxed in Germany only. My main residence is the UK. Under the double tax treaty I understand days worked in Germany should be taxed in Germany, and days worked in the UK to be taxed in the UK. My first question is do I need to report my German earnings that are not subject to UK tax, on my UK self-assessment? Secondly which additional forms do I need to use to show my euro earnings which should be taxed in the UK?
