I read the information from HMRC about split year treatment Case conditions and example, but still confused. My case : 26/02/2022 arrived UK and started living in the house which hired before we came to the UK. (So, can I use Case 4 for applying split year treatment for the tax year of 2021/2022?) 13/11/2022 started the part-time job which is 16 hours / week. Due to I have "home" and lived over 183, is this means I am a UK resident, tax year 2022/2023 I can't apply any period for split year treatment, am I correct? Thanks.
