Government gateway id confirmation

Hi, I am trying to login through my government gateway id for self assessment. However while logging in, it is asking me to confirm my identity. I have a BRP and Provisional Driver's licence. I have tried to provide both through the mobile app. The BRP doesn't scanned and the Provisional licence mentions that my details do not match. I am now left with some limited amount of attempts to continue. How do I address this?
