Reference for foreign income

I am filling other income in self-accessment. I can see a box to fill something but I don't know what should I fill and don't understand the tips. Help about: Foreign Income 15 - Your reference for this income Create your own unique reference for this source of income to identify it within the summary table. What should I write in box? How can I upload bank statement for income?

You can write anything there as it is unique to you.
As long as your bank statement is saved as a pdf document, you can include this. There is a section towards the end of the return that allows you to upload documents.
