Government Gateway login but Personal Info of the Account is not mine

It's the first year for me to do tax filing. I got the UTR and government gateway log in. I can log in successfully but the personal information in the account is not mine. There are tax annual summary of previous years which clearly not belongs to me as well. May I know who and how should I contact for this issue? How can I proceed to do tax filing in this case given the deadline is 31 Jan 2024?
