Self Assessment issues online

Hello has anyone had issues trying to register first time for self assessment? Trying to speak to someone I have held on the phone for over an hour then decided to try and get a manual form sent but it seems such a lengthy process. I have had 5 applications rejected online saying my address is wrong but I spoke to an HMRC IT person who said my address was correct then suggested trying different browsers (now tried 3) and don’t put a space in my postcode! Needless to say none have worked. Is there a number that I can possibly speak to a real person and get this sorted? Thank you
