Do I need to declare ESA income on self assessment? If so, where?

Hi nic_mitchell,
If the ESA is contibution based  this is taxable and would be declared on your Self Assessment tax return. If needs to be declared it would be under Taxable Incapacity Benefit and contribution-based Employment & Support Allowance.
