Hi there, On 3-Apr 2024, I submitted a claim for tax relief on travel / accommodation expenses that my employer does not cover. Came in ~£2,200 so under the self-assessment threshold. I didn’t receive a response or any updates, but the form was updated to ‘complete’ at some point. Received my 23/24 calculation on 16-Jun, but no mention of the expected tax relief. HMRC customer service keep saying my case has been passed on for review and that there is no time limit for a response. Surely this isn’t correct? Any insight or advice, very much appreciated. Daniel
