1st self assessment in UK

I arrived and resided in UK on 17 March 2024, and this is the first time i reside in UK. I had gained income when i was residing overseas from April 23 to Feb 24, and had gained no income in UK since 17 March 2024. In this situation, just want to confirm if I need to file a self assessment for tax year 23/24?
