No record of successfully submitted self assessment return 2022/2023

I have sent in my self assessment tax return through online submission on 29 November and received an email informing me that it was successfully received by HMRC on the same day. There was a reference no. given in the email. I checked my account today (9 Dec) and still could not find it on record. Why is that so and how should I ascertain whether HMRC has actually received my tax return? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
