Tax return was lost by Royal Mail

Dear HRMC, If Royal Mail confirmed my tax return mail was lost in transit, what should I do as I didn't make any copy before posting? Thanks for your advice.

Hi, 
 
You would need to submit a new tax return.

If for 2022/23 you would need to contact HMRC for a paper tax return to be issued.

You can also file the tax return online up to 31 January 2024.
