When can I claim for EIS loss

Company went into administration in February 2023. Before claiming EIS loss on Tax Return must one wait until company is closed? Or, can one claim on 2022-23 Tax Return? Thanks

Hi,

This loss occurred February 2023 , which is the 2022 to 2023 tax year. The losses can only be claimed in this tax return.
