Discrepancy between SA302 and Tax Year Overview

I completed my Self Assessment for 22-23 last year and the SA302 showed the tax amount that was due. I paid the amount in January this year. However, when I look at my account, the amount I paid shows as 'in credit' and my tax year overview shows I owed £0 in tax. Tried to call the helpline but the connection got terminated because all the agents were on all calls. Need to sort this out ASAP because will need both documents for a mortgage application.
