Student Loan Paid off During Tax Year

Hello, I paid off my student loan in Jan 2023 (although I had a refund outstanding until July due to overpayment). While filling out my tax return it has defaulted to YES for the student loan query which doesn't seem right to me, so I have changed it to NO. I don't see why I would ever say YES here unless I need to consider a different date rather than today? Given the above would this be the correct course of action? Or am I misunderstanding the student loan question? Many Thanks
