not required but created self accessment account

Hi, I created the self accessment account last year but I am not actually required as I am not self employed but being employed since 2021 indeed. I was just aware I don't need to submit the self accessment and tried to close my account however I filled several times of the 'Stopping self-employment' form but no response. What can I do else? Or how to check if my application is under progress? Thank you!
