Tax code adjusted for p11D benefits -include in self assessmenr?

My tax code has been adjusted for the private medical benefit I get from my employer, do I then need to include the amount of benefit in my self assessment aswell? Would I not then be charged tax on the amount twice?

Yes, you need to include it on the tax return. This does not mean you are being charged twice.
