Unique Tax Reference (UTR number)

I have applied for UTR number for self assessment on 2 October but still have not received a UTR number allow me to start the self assessment process. What shall I do? Please advise, many thanks!

If you still have not received your UTR then you will need to contact HMRC to review.:
