I have 2 student loans; one post 2012 on plan 1 and one for my PGCE year on plan 2. The problem is when I am filling in the tax return it is not giving me an option to put plan 1 and 2 loans, just either/or and a postgraduate loan (which I do not have). The problem I am having is the self assessment is seeing this as I am not paying one of my loans and saying I own over £4000 (which is incorrect). I called today and spent 75 mins waiting to speak to someone for them to put me on hold and cut me off. How can I resolve this issue?
