Dear Sir or Madam, I have been trying to register as a Sole Trader online several times over the past 1.5 months. However, after submitting my application, I repeatedly received an email from you (from a "no-reply" address) a few hours or days later, stating that the registration could not be completed because the address details I provided in my application did not match those on my Personal Tax Account. This is incorrect. The details do match, as confirmed twice by one of your representatives over the phone. I was eventually advised during one of these calls to submit my application by post. I sent the application on October 25th but have yet to receive any response or update regarding the matter. Could you please let me know: When will the registration process be completed? What can I do to expedite the process? Is there an email address I can contact directly regarding this issue? I assume that the tax number will only be issued once the registration has been successfully processed. Unfortunately, without this number, I am unable to take on new assignments. I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as I am running out of options. Kind regards, Simon
