self assessment not showing on account after submission receipt

Hi filed my self assessment on Sunday last week and I also received submissions receipt as well. But it has been a week now and not showing on line. I did ring the help line and they said to wait a couple more days and I don’t why it’s not online. They said they could see receipt is there any reason why it not showing?
