Hello everyone, need some advise here about an apostile. One week ago I sent a original copy of my birth certificate for apostile and yesterday it came back rejected. It mentioned "the apostille application of the birth certificate you sent has been rejected because the signature of the register who signed on the certificate could not be verified" I just wanted to know what can be done to sort this I ordered a new copy of my certificate but I do not wish to send it again and it returns rejected wasting money. Do I have to contact someone or just re send it for apostile? I have very short time almost one week before I travel and need this document apostiled as soon as possible thank you all.

In my experience it happens with very old certificates and if you request new copy then FCDO should be able to verify the signatures. You can contact www.2eapostille.co.uk if still need assistance.
