Re Register for Self Assessment

Hi there, I'm registered for Self-Assessment to declare dividends every year and will continue to do so. I'm now about to start work as a Freelancer. Do I have to re-register for Self-Assessment or do I just add my earnings as a Freelancer when I file my next Self-Assessment for Dividends? Many thanks, J.
