Employer's liability insurance

hi there, If director is the only employee in the company and the company buys service from self-employed people, does the company have to buy employer's liability insurance? thanks.

We wouldnt be able to advise on this as we dont advise on liability insurance, this is more a legal matter and as such you may wish to seek legal advice.
