AMLS Team

Hi, Is there anyone that I can contact at HMRC in regards to a company application for AMLS? I do not get a reply from ecsregistration@admin.gov.uk requesting update on application. I sent email on 28/8/24 providing information requested and have not had a reply since. Its over 3 months since initial application. I have also tried calling the helpline this morning who have also told me to email the same address. Kind regards
