Hi there, I won't be a UK resident next year but intend on keeping my ISA account. I understand i won't be able to add money to my ISA while non resident but I would like to know if i can use the flexibility feature. In other words, can i take money out and put the same amount back in during a given fiscal year while not a resident. Thank you for your help

Hi,
Please have a look at the guidance at SAIM2310 onwards regarding ISA's:
SAIM2310 - Interest: exemptions: tax-free savings income: ISAs, PEPs and CTFs
Thank you.
