Inheritance Tax on cash gifts

My parents are not domiciled in the UK and have no UK assets or UK bank Accounts. If I’ve received cash gift from them within 7 years of them dying, is inheritance tax due on these cash gifts? The gifts were sent from their Australian bank account to my UK bank account via WISE international money transfer.
