Hello, I received a letter saying I was entitled to a tax refund. I tried to request it online, but when confirming my bank details constantly gives an error. On the letter, mentioned that if there were any difficulties, that I should ring the office services however I tried to call them this morning, as soon as they opened and they were already busy. Therefore, can someone please advise me if there is another channel of communication I can use, in order to have contact with them, so they can verify my details? Because I just need to be able to speak with one of them, to verify my bank details so I can have this sorted out. Thanks in advance

Hi Rayne,
If unable to claim the repayment online then you will need to contact HMRC to make the repayment into your bank account.
Income Tax: general enquiries
Thank you.
