Help to save. Final bonus.

I checked my Help to save account last month and it said that I was due a final bonus. I saved £1200 the first 2 years and now have £2250. It said that I would receive a final bonus of £575 on 14th November. I checked again last Friday and it says I am not entitled anymore. Why was I told that I would get a bonus? It is very confusing. I was relying on this to pay my bills.

Hi I called HMRC and spoke to an advisor. They said that my account was closing and my bonus was being processed. Thank you.
