Dropshipping and resell from retailer

Hi it is ok to do resell from retailer and sell them on eBay and Amazon.It is legal to do dropshipping from retailer if you are sole traider?

Thank you for your answer. I have one more question. I understood that it is legal to sell and do dropshipping on eBay and Amazon from online retailers and retail arbitrage. But one more question. The products I sell from online UK sites are cosmetic brands. The site is a large UK retailer. I don't use their pictures or description. Is it possible to violate copyright or intellectual proprety because I resell brands that I buy online or send directly to the customer from an online retailer? Do i need brand aprove to sell there products?It is any law that says you can not resell cosmetic brands? Are you allowed to sell any original product? Am I allowed to buy from the reseller and then resell? Am I allowed to buy from the brands' online sites and resell their products? Thank you
