Hi, I received a P800 form through post stating HMRC owes me money, it directs me to go to a website through gov.uk/p800 refund. I have also got a p800 reference in that letter. My query is once I enter my p800 reference and my national insurance number a website pops up and asks me to login into my bank, is this legit? I tried calling HMRC but unfortunately no one answers. Please help.

Hi
Yes, the website pop up is correct, if you log in you should then be able to claim the repayment by BACS. Thankyou.
