issue with free childcare eligibility confirmation

Good Morning, is there any other to contact HRMC rather than ringing please as struggling to get through. I have reconfirmed my eligibility for 15h free childcare on 06/03 and have not received confirmation since, and I'm being chased by nursery now to renew code, which I've already done. Thanks

Thank you for replying, I have tried all off the above. No answer on text phone, cant get through when calling, and your digital assistant cant help with this issue. I cant re-apply as system reads it as application pending.
