Carers Allowance

To cut a very long story short I have not received my carers allowance since 5th April 2023 as I need to provide my self-employment earnings but I am not receiving any post from the CA team. I phone nearly every month but still don't receive anything - they say its being posted, my address is correct but still nada. I have asked if we can use an alternative address - but that's unacceptable. I have asked about just sending my earnings details in but apparently, there are specific forms to be completed. Is there anywhere I can access a copy of the Carers Allowance earnings declaration form which Ican them complete and send in - hopefully they will accept it. Could I use the online service? I haven't tried this as I'm concerned it may cause a glitch and my claim is completely lost and I have to reclaim and lose 17 months' worth of payments. Is there any other way I can declare my Self-employed earnings? Hoping someone has some advise. Thanks
