I am trying to do a self assessment tax return for my husband. He earned £55,000 last tax year, Im just confused if i can deduct his pension and no one can seem to help me. He pays into a work pension and i believe the pension place claims tax relief by looking at his pension statements, Can I deduct the payments he has made?
