VAT Reclaim On Wheelchair Ramps

Hi, I hope you're well. Someone recently purchased an item from me, a wheelchair ramp to be exact: [admin removedlink]. They mentioned that they could reclaim VAT due to it being used for a disability. I was just checking if this was correct? Of course, we wouldn't argue with it, but as a business, we were unsure of this rule.
