Hello, I have been locked out of my tax-free childcare account (my fault - I answered one of the questions incorrectly). When I try and log in I get an error message asking me to contact the helpline. However, none of the helpline numbers are working and I’m not sure what to do next. There’s a large sum of money in the account that I need to access in order to pay my daughter’s nursery fees so I’m keen to resolve this! Many thanks for your help,

You can just click 'ask hmrc online'. A working contact number is also provided on this page.

Hi Elizabeth, how did you resolve this? I am having the same issue logging into the childcare account and it says “ sorry your security check was unsuccessful” but hasn’t even asked me for anything! No one can help me over the phone either! I can log in fine to my government gateway account and it’s the same details! Help haha
