Tax on interest of a person who has died

I am an executor of my fathers estate. Can you please confirm interest paid or accrued up until the date of his death should be included in the his tax return for 2024-25. Can you also please confirm that any interest generated between the date of his death and closure of these accounts should be included in the annual tax returns of the beneficiaries of his estate.
