Errors in new IHT forms

Filling in the new IHT forms (IHT100d specifically) we have come across an error where the settlor first names and address in boxes A3 and A4 and the capacity entry in B6 are being automatically copied to the first section of the declaration page. This creates a problem where the settlor is not a trustee.

I have just encountered this problem too. Its not about using the wrong form. There appears to be an internal link which enters the details in box A3 and A4 into the First name and address boxes for the top left declaration box, and vice versa. There are also errors in other boxes - is there somewhere where we can report these issues too?
