Tax credit money owes to me

Hello I received a final letter from HRMC stating that there is a potential payment to me ( due to my husband losing wages 22/23) after the year 22/23 was finalised. Both of our employers have now issued P60 for the year in May. When are we likely to see this payment? I am desperate to move to UC as we will be better off at the minute due to losing wages, but don’t want to miss this payment. Thx
