No response to PD U1 form

Hello, I submitted my PDU1 form on 15.11.2024. I haven’t heard anything back yet. I am dependant to receive the form as I got a deadline from local institution. I called HMRC back in Dec and also in Jan 2025. Still no response. Please help as otherwise I will lose access to my benefits abroad. Is there anyone I can contact? Many thanks
