When I obtained my pension forecast, the main figure always shown has been £191.17 a week. Just recently, like last week, the main forecast amount now says £184.85 per week. The other amount shown ( on both older and the more recent forecast) i.e estimate based on your NI record to 5/4/24 has not changed but the forecast if you contribute til 5/4/30 has changed from £191.17 to £184.85. Are you able to tell me why? I have made a payment for additional NI contributions which I have been told has been received but I am still waiting for the amounts to be allocated to my NI record, Thank you

Hi,
Without checking your National Insurance records, we are unable to check if there have been any changes to your records which may have resulted in this change to your forecast. As this query is relating to your pension forecast, you will need to contact the Department for Work and Pensions for advice.
