Do I need to report raffle winnings and survey earnings for my Universal Credit claim?

I recently realised I failed to report a raffle earning from June. As a comparison, the HMRC guidelines suggest incidental earnings like these, if not related to one's trade or profession, are often handled separately. Could you please advise on how to rectify this for my Universal Credit claim?
