Dear forum, I was about to move from my current employer to work in UK by 2022. I obtained a NIN before my start date in 2022 (was on pre-settle). however, before the start date plans changed and actually never started working UK, and remained in Spain for same employer. I was unaware of P85. Now I checked in the tax website for UK and can see my temporary UK address there. I dont have any Payer history or any outstanding taxes, nor any property or anything else in UK; but would like to regularize the situation. Should I send a backdated P85 as 2022? I dont have any intention to claim, any sort of benefit; since actually never worked. Thank you
