Hi, seeing as there are a number or equal pay claims for supermarket workers, I thought I'd pose an important question. If equal pay claims are successful, and compensation is awarded for previous years, Will this count as historical reportable income? Will there be an overpayment for these previous years owed back to the child tax credits ? For example, compensation is awarded for the previous 6 years of equal pay claim. Will tax credits need to be informed about this and will overpayments be looked at for this 6 year period if a person claimed tax credits in this period?
